When our patients can benefit from more specialized care not offered at Palouse Medical, we are happy to help them get in contact with a health care provider, specialist or service provider to meet their needs. Palouse Medical strives to provide exceptional customer service.
Our referral desk assistants remain in constant communication with providers at Palouse Medical. This allows us to keep your treatment plans on schedule and moving in the right direction. They can receive the orders for your referrals/additional appointments while you are in your appointment. If your referred care will require you to travel out of town, to a location with which you are unfamiliar, or undergo a test/procedure where you have additional questions, our friendly office staff are here to help!
At Palouse Medical, we like to help our patients make this experience go as smoothly as possible. We can assist you with scheduling your appointment, provide you with contact information and directions, and assist you with the process of insurance required referrals. We can also typically answer questions about what to expect or how to prepare, if necessary.
