As your health partner, it is always our goal to help resolve as many of your health concerns as we are able.  As we prepare for adjusted hours in our office,  we like to encourage our patients to take a proactive approach to their health care.

DO YOU HAVE A NEW HEALTH CONCERN?

Don’t delay, call today!

Changes in your health can be concerning!  Don’t put off that call any longer – Contact your primary care provider (PCP) to discuss health concerns, specific medical questions, or changes in your overall wellness.

Your PCP knows your health history.  They help keep you on track with the prevention, care, and treatment, that you need.  They manage and monitor your long-term or chronic health care issues, and help you achieve your health and wellness goals!

Notify your PCP if you:

  • EXPERIENCE changes in your health
  • HAVE medical concerns  or questions
  • NEED help with  medications or prescriptions you are taking

Remember….

Don’t wait till the last minute! Keep your PCP informed about changes in your health!

DO YOU NEED MEDICATIONS REFILLED?

Contact Your Pharmacy!

Running low on some medications?  Be pro-active and address this ahead of time!

Talk to your pharmacy and find out if you have ANY refills that will need to be renewed soon. If you do, please have your pharmacy fax us a prescription request.

We also request that you allow us     2 business days to process these requests.

**Don’t forget….Refills for maintenance medications NEED to be refilled through a primary care provider.

Remember…

Palouse Medical will be closed at 5:00pm on the date listed above and reopening the following Monday.

For all those unexpected health issues, acute illness, or minor injury needs that sneak up on youReadyCare is here for you and your family!

No appointments are needed and we can see patients of all ages.  With the exception of a few holidays, our ReadyCare clinic is open 7 days a week and offers extended evening hours.

 

Remember….

ReadyCare is happy to help when able, but we  may not be the best or most appropriate place to address some health concerns.
