Ready Care Visits

If you are a little apprehensive to come in or are wondering what will happen at your visit, let us explain what will occur. Since we are a walk-in clinic, it is first come, first serve. It is our goal to provide and deliver the highest quality of professional health care within a timely fashion.  However, due to the nature of visits, we cannot guarantee when EXACTLY you will see your health provider.  We do our very best to let you know about waiting times.

First you will check in at the front reception area – patient demographics and insurance information will be collected and/or verified to be current.

Then you will be asked to identify your present chief complaint, issue or health problem, and if you have been seen in the clinic before. If you have not -  a brief health questionnaire will need to be completed.

When your paperwork is complete you are placed in a queue, until we are able to get you back to an exam room. .

BEYOND READY CARE SERVICES–

  • Problem(s) may not be adequately treated in ReadyCare. The nursing staff will sit down and talk with you to better assess your symptoms.
  • Concerns after a visit (Recommended by your health care provider). A nurse or provider will direct you to the best place to care for your present health care needs.
  • Directed to alternative care providers. Sometimes that is to: go to the emergency room, schedule an appointment, or to follow up with a specialist.
