We welcome your questions and want you to receive the care you need!   Please feel free to call us or come on by the clinic.

509-332-8847

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday -  9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday – Noon – 4:00 PM

*Please allow enough time to be seen, as coming to the clinic close to our closing times may result in our inability to provide same day services to you. Also, due to the nature of the visits seen in ReadyCare, there may be an emergency or serious issue that limits provider availability..

Here are 3 simple guidelines to help you in your decision process. We are here to assist you in any way we are able, so don’t hesitate to call with your specific questions.  So how do you know if you should come in?
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________

IF YOU “THINK” IT IS AN EMERGENCY, IT PROBABLY IS.

_______________________________________________________________________________________
In these situations, call 911 or go to the emergency room immediately!

Pullman Regional Hospital, Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, and Whitman Medical Center & Hospital in Colfax, ALL have emergency departments that can assist you with these dangerous or potentially life threatening situations.

Please remember, we only want YOU to receive the best health care for your situation!

.

WHEN IN DOUBT, GET IT CHECKED OUT.

_______________________________________________________________________________________

Ultimately, this remains your decision, but more often than not, individuals will talk themselves out of coming in to visit a health care professional when they need it the most.  We understand this completely! We are happy to help YOU decide if an issue you are dealing with is something that can wait, or something that is more urgent.

We understand the costs of health care and want to help you get the most for your dollar. Call us at 509-332-8847 or come in to the office and ask a nurse to triage your symptoms and assess your situation.   If care elsewhere is best, we will advise you in that direction.

.

ASK YOURSELF, “HOW LONG HAS THIS ISSUE BEEN PRESENT?”

_______________________________________________________________________________________

If your problem is chronic or has been present for several weeks, it is usually best to make an appointment with your primary health care provider.  They have your medical history and other resources that can, at times, be critical for improving your situation.  Though this is typically the case for most chronic issues, each individual and situation is unique.  In cases where you are noticing changes in your symptoms, it does not hurt to ask or come in to be seen!  Remember, we are here for YOU!

So Ask Yourself…

Have your symptoms been bothering you for a while?
.

Have your symptoms changed/increased/worsened?

.

Maybe you should come in to see us, make an appointment with a health care provider, OR maybe you actually need to go to an emergency room.

.

Whatever the outcome, we will help you as best as we can!
