What Brought You To The Palouse?
“I was immediately sold on the beauty of the Palouse since the VERY first time I made the drive down from Spokane! I love being in close proximity to so many beautiful natural sites to explore! I am able to spend much more time living outside, which my two dogs also really appreciate. I have lived in many places, including Chicago and Pittsburgh, so I am loving being in a smaller community and ditch the lack of humidity and traffic. I am thrilled to have become a resident of Pullman and can’t wait to further explore this region that I am honored to call my home!”

Personal Information & Outside of Work
Personal Information
Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Dr. Webber completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois in Chicago, where she studied History and Biology. She then went on to pursue her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. During this time, she affirmed her passion of providing primary care and knew that Family Medicine was the career path for her! From these experiences she soon became the leader of the Pittsburgh Family Medicine Interest Group and ended up starting a chapter of Primary Care Progress at the University of Pittsburgh. During residency, she served as the program’s Chief Resident for two years in a row and received Resident Teacher of the Year 2019-2020. She is proud to have contributed to her Residency Program and hopes that the work she took part in will make a lasting difference to help improve resident education experience and leave a legacy for future students.
Growing up, her family would take road trips to Montana every summer. There they would hike in Glacier National Park and even spent time driving around the Pacific Northwest. She shared that these early experiences helped her to fall in love with the outdoors, being in the mountains and out of the city! Because of these experiences, she stated that she was exclusively looking at locations in the Pacific Northwest for residency opportunities and was thrilled when she was accepted into the Spokane program and move to Washington State! She says it still feels surreal to be living where she used to look forward to going on vacation to visit. She absolutely loved being in Spokane, but really has enjoyed exploring all the surrounding communities.
Outside of work, Dr. Webber enjoys spending time with her family and sharpening her baking skills. She loves hiking, backpacking and being outdoors! Her favorite place to backpack is in the Wind River Range in Wyoming. As the proud owner of two adorable Australian Shepherds, she loves to spoil them and include them on as many adventures as she is able. Dr. Webber also shares that she is an avid jigsaw “puzzler”, always looking for the next puzzle challenge to complete.
