PLEASE BE AWARE, EFFECTIVE 9/27/2021:
Patients experiencing ANY upper respiratory/COVID-like symptoms or seeking testing will ONLY be able to start checking in to ReadyCare after 10:00am daily.
It is our hope that by making this change, we will be creating a daily block of time reserved for patients experiencing non-respiratory health issues and we can increase much needed patient access to care for other important urgent health concerns.
The pandemic has taken a toll on everyone and every business. Those of us working in healthcare are doing all that we can to keep up with the increased demands for patient care—our community is no different! All of us at Palouse Medical want to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate these challenging times.
ReadyCare hours are currently following the schedule below.
- Monday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday 9:00am – 3:30pm
- Sunday CLOSED
** REMEMBER: Effective 9/27/21, patients seeking care for any respiratory issue will NOT be able to check-in for ReadyCare before 10:00am each day we are open. **
PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE:
· Priority for ReadyCare appointments will be given to established patients, who have a Primary Care Provider (PCP) at Palouse Medical.
· ReadyCare will stop taking patients if maximum daily capacity is met.
· You can always check Google before coming in, as we do our best to keep any changes to our hours, current and updated online via our social media channels.
