Palouse Medical is proud to have served this community for 30 years excelling in quality patient care. We are honored that we have been the #1 clinic for patient outcomes for Kaiser Permanente for many years. We know we give great care and want to continue doing so. We understand that it is a challenge to get healthcare in Pullman and we are working hard on solutions to the hardships many of you face in getting access to the care you need.
Our clinic has faced several challenges of late, and patients are impacted by those hardships. Because of these challenges, we are grateful to be partnering with Pullman Regional Hospital and will be joining the clinic network. We know this is the best opportunity for our community and our healthcare team.
This transition will allow for strength and stability of our workforce. It will also help create more access to care for patients who are in need. We look forward to this partnership and know it will benefit the entire Pullman Community and the Palouse.
We will be transitioning to EPIC (the hospital and clinic network electronic health record) in the fall. This will allow access to MyChart, which will give patients easy access to all their health information through a phone app or online.
Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for patients. We will remain at 825 SE Bishop Blvd Suite 200, and you’ll still see the same friendly faces in our office. Your appointments will remain on the schedule, and you do not need to reschedule or re-establish care. As we transition, we are going to have some challenges and growing pains. Please be patient with our staff and know that we are working as hard as we can to meet your needs.
